We have thought about those who might want to rent out their properties by offering you free access to the booking platform linked to the website and intended for accommodation providers (access cost for those not subject to the flat-rate tax: CHF 100).
To be listed on the platform, your property must first be classified in accordance with the Swiss Tourism Federation’s procedure at ttps://www.stv-fst.ch/fr/offres/labels/accomodation-classification.
You then just need to sign a cooperation agreement with Vercorin Tourisme SA and you will be able to:
Access a professional management system
List the property you wish to rent out
Manage the rental periods
Manage the rates you wish to charge
A 10% commission will be deducted from the rent to cover the costs of the platform and banking transactions.
