Original share (if possible)
Copy of the identity card of the person holding the share and that of the transferee
Certificate of heirs (in the event of the holder's death)

Converting bearer shares into registered shares
Following the new law on the implementation of the recommendations of the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes (effective from 01.11.2019), bearer shares must be converted into registered shares.
Are you in possession of a bearer share and would like to make the transfer? Here are the steps to follow:
File a notification with the competent court before October 31, 2024. After this date, you will lose all rights to the shares. The shares are therefore null and void.
Provide explicit proof of your status as a shareholder by means of the certificate in your possession. Your membership rights will be suspended and your ownership rights (dividend) will be lost until the court accepts the case.
